  • Young & Rubicam Chicago - advertising agency. Working with Chief Marketing Officer to create an e-mail newsletter for client marketing and communication.
  • Encyclopædia Britannica - publisher of print and electronic reference products. Consulted on a children's elementary encyclopedia.
  • World Book Encyclopedia - publisher of print and electronic reference products. Wrote specifications for the Millennium.Net feature on World Book's CD-ROM Encyclopedia (a partnership with IBM). Helped brainstorm on look and feel for Millennium.Net. (Now online as "Surf the Millennium.")
  • myFootpath - college admissions web site. Developing e-mail marketing campaigns for high school students exploring college, as well as a new web site focused on financial aid.
  • Arch Development Corporation - a division of the University of Chicago charged with building companies around content and technology at the university. Read business plans for proposed Internet companies, attended venture funding meetings, and provided input on strategy and content for Recommender.com.
