Language Stars Gallery

  • Language Stars web site
The redesign of the Language Stars web site focused on streamlining and simplifying the design, showcasing our families and teachers, and expanding paths to inquiry forms. The result was a 200% increase in the rate of inquiries to visitors.
  • Inquiry Form
In addition to expanding paths to inquiry forms, a major feature of the new web site was the incorporation of the customer voice, from sidebar testimonials to parent blogs.
  • Language Stars microsite
Microsites with minimal content and an ever-present inquiry form for use in search marketing and other campaigns helped convert paid search traffic to inquiries at twice the rate and half the cost than previous search marketing efforts.
  • Language Stars Schedules
Online schedules allowed visitors to select a language, class type, day, and time, and their info would pre-populate on the inquiry form. I also oversaw the introduction of enrollment deposits on the web site.
  • Language Stars Daily Deals
Special promotions for four-course packages were the highlight of our daily deal marketing, which I spearheaded starting with the above Groupon campaign in early 2011. This format served as the model for daily deal campaigns going forward.
  • Language Stars E-Blast
Language Stars e-blasts were redesigned to mirror the look of the new web site. This campaign from the first week of 2012 appealed to parents looking to fill time while their kids were still on winter break.
  • Passport Direct Mail - Outside
This direct mail campaign highlighting "Your Child's Passport to a World of Opportunity" was part of an integrated campaign also used in email marketing, banner advertising, and print advertising.
  • Passport Direct Mail - Outside
The inside of the same "Passport" direct mail, which arrived in mailboxes folded like an actual passport and showcased the benefits of foreign language education.
