
Under my management, Monster's educational directories business grew from almost nothing to $13 million in two years. The above redesign of MonsterLearning increased top-ten search rankings six-fold in the first month through expanded content and improved coding.

Integration with Monster's core site was critical in growing the business. I worked with staff out of Monster's home office to create a dedicated area of their jobs site focused on educational opportunities, with links to several properties in the MonsterLearning Network.

In addition to integration with Monster, traffic acquisition strategies for the MonsterLearning Network included e-mail blasts, banner advertising, search marketing, search engine optimization, and strategic partnerships.

While at Monster, I managed the integration of a $20M acquisition, Education.org, consisting of more than 25,000 education-related domain names. Monster's CEO called it the most effective acquisition in company history in terms of speed to ROI.
