Director of Learning Products
- Managed the company’s educational directories business, which grew from six
to eight figures under my stewardship.
- Oversaw the integration of Education.org, a strategic acquisition aimed
at expanding the company's educational directories business through dominance
in search rankings.
- Responsible for a wide variety of traffic acquisition solutions, including organic and paid search, media buys, e-mail marketing, co-registration deals, and strategic partnerships.
- Directed a redesign of MonsterLearning that led to a six-fold increase in Google traffic in the first month.
- Coordinated educational marketing with Monster, including the expansion of
Monster Education on Monster's core site.
- Served as chief point of contact with Monster's home office and other divisions
of the company on all issues pertaining to educational directory marketing,
including cross-company advertising and cross-linking to improve organic search.
- Assisted Monster and its FastWeb division with research and strategy in the
education marketing space.
