My marketing experience includes two Chief Marketing Officer positions, growth of an education marketing division of Monster.com, product leadership of the earliest online services for Britannica, marketing leadership at two prominent e-learning companies, and consulting work in digital marketing.

  • A respected leader in the education marketing community, with experience in managing a $13M education marketing division of Monster and heading up marketing for a prominent online initiative at the University of Illinois, as well as for the national leader in foreign language education for kids.
  • Defining marketing budgets and strategies, selecting and measuring optimal channels, and establishing reporting systems for measuring marketing performance.
  • Conceptualizing, creating, and marketing products: end-to-end product development.
  • Overseeing, managing and hands-on implementing of Internet marketing campaigns, including web site creation, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, e-mail marketing, banner advertising, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluating, selecting, and overseeing the implementation of CRM systems for marketing campaigns and customer management.
  • Overseeing content and visual design strategy for complex web sites dating back to 1993.
  • Managing creative teams toward the creation of print and digital marketing collateral.
